IAFOR bridges cultures and disciplines. IAFOR forces people to think. I am much sorrowed when as a reviewer I see people describing very well what has been done, but not why. They seem to be some “robots” that followed some procedures, but they do not know why. The do not consider the scientific contribution of the results to the advancement of the field. Through the high level of IAFOR conferences, researchers are stimulated to broaden their perspective and by cooperating with people from other countries doing research in the same field, but in a different way, they can better of their way of doing science. They turn from “robots” into scientists.
