The networking opportunities are excellent. Not only the fact that that the opportunities for socialising are better than at any “traditional” conferences, which include a dinner and a field trip, through the richness of social events, but the way of organising the sessions is very stimulating. Unlike other conferences, where speakers are given 15 minutes including questions, and those who do not have experience end by exhausting the time for questions, IAFOR sessions allow 30 minutes, which gives enough time for the discussions, serving as a starter for the networking. Furthermore, sessions include usually three presentations; discussions can take place even at the end, with the clear advantage of people remembering the three topics discussed, as opposed to other conferences where sessions include too many talks for anyone being able to recall all presentations.
